We hope you love your order from The Outfit Add On. If for any reason you would like to exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Exchanges
Items may be exchanged within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Items that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging or tags will not be accepted for exchange.

Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds. All eligible returns are accepted for exchange only.

Exchange Delivery Fees
Any delivery or shipping fees associated with an exchange are the customer's responsibility, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order, along with photos of the item, so we can assist you.
